Coffer of Whispers ripoff
Worked my arse off for a while to farm enough gems for 5 gemsets, traded them for coffers, and I know it's a gamble but it shouldn't be this SHIT
I got.. 5 Scrolls of the Lightbringer Well, not too bad, I thought. 5 Elixirs of Valor Meh.. maybe the next one will be good 5 Elixirs of Valor Wtf? That's bad luck. I hope I don't get more. 5 Elixirs of Valor Ok that's just gay. If this one is valors I'll cry 5 Elixirs of Valor .... *wails and prepares to post QQ thread at guru* Anyone else got stories about their crap luck with stuff like this? Zaishen keys (yes i know there's a Zkey chest drop thread, but thats for the good drops mainly :P), or anything else you took a gamble on. |

yah i feel you on this coffers are pretty crappy IMO. i've done it twice and both times i got 5 Elixirs of Valor....... i just save up for armbraces now

My friend got an armbrace off one once... but yes super rare gambles for most people are not going to pay off. It's just an expensive lotto ticket. If you want the armbrace save up gems and get one for sure.

I've never even made any attempt to buy or open a coffer of whispers because after looking at the crappy items that they contain through wiki.guildwars.com, they aren't worth it.
